Work Time Clock with Lunch via included Smart Excel Time Card Calculator
The Acroprint BioTouch Time Clock is a stand-alone Fingerprint Time Clock that does not require any network connection or special time clock software. Time Clock Punch In/Out transactions are downloaded via a USB Flashdrive.
Next, connect the USB Flashdrive to your PC, and double-click to open the Excel Time Card with calculated hours.
Perform editing to the work time transactions, such as inputing missing punches and the Smart Time Card (via Excel Timesheet) automatically recalculates the Hours....Print or Save the Time Cards as you would any other document.

- Optional RFID Proxiity Badges or PIN input can be assigned to employees for Clocking In/Out.
- Requires NO network or cables, fully self-contained with NO special time clock software to install.
- Easily transfer data via the included USB Memory Stick to a PC. Next, open the Time Card Report in Excel for review, editing and printing.
- Time Card Report must be downloaded for a user configured date-range, and this date range becomes the Pay Period for reports. (Only Regular Hours, Overtime is Not calculated)
