We respect and value your privacy. We do not rent, sell or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party. All billing, shipping and personal information is used only within the "Receipt of Order" and the "Order Completion" process.

Payment Options...

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
  • We also accept Checks. Payments made in advance by check will be held for clearance on order over $200.00 before shipment is made.
  • We welcome and accept Educational, Governmental and other Institutional Purchase Orders.
  • Customers who have established Credit Accounts with us can place orders using Purchase Orders.
  • Equipment Leasing is available through third-party leasing companies. Call us for Leasing Deatials!!
  • Down Payments may be required on orders over $200.00 and orders that include custom items such as Special Swipe Badges, Custom Printed Time Cards, Software that requires software codes, etc.

Shipping Charges - Free on all Time Cards and Orders over $400

All Time Card orders and orders over $ 400.00 (excludes Data Cables, Keys, Parts, etc.) will be shipped free of charge (via UPS Ground) within the contiguous (48) United States. We recommend for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, residents/customers to use UPS 2nd Day Service. (UPS 2nd Day Shipping Charges will be in addition to the Total Price of the Order)

For Customers outside of the contiguous United States, shipping would be via UPS Worldwide Standard or Express service(UPS Worldwide Standard or Express shipping charges plus a Shipping Documentation Preparation Fee will be added to the Total Price of the Order).

Order Shipping and Delivery Time

We ship via UPS. Ground UPS typically delivers within 5-6 business days of shipment, throughout the contiguous (48) United States. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Some products may be temporarily out of stock. Also, some orders may be dropped shipped to you from the manufacturer.

Orders do not always ship out the very same date as the order was placed...order retrieval and processing times will vary according to; order volumes, product availability and Time of Day / Date which the order was placed .

If Expedited Shipping (i.e. UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3 Day Select) is requested it will apply to the day the order is filled and actually shipped, not the date the order was placed.

Note: Also consider that Saturday and Sunday and other Non-Working days (such national holidays of the United States) stated by the shipment carrier, such as UPS (United Parcel Service) are Not Included and Not Counted in the transit time service being selected.

We know that you are anxious to receive your order. Once your order is placed... you may use the Order Tracking feature of this web site for the Status of your Order.

Product Returns

  • There is a 30 (thirty) day period from shipping date, allowed for Products Returns. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Products must be returned in the Original Box, in New Condition, with all packing material and paper documentation. An R.M.A. (Return Material Authorization) is required for all product returns.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • NOTE: Products are not eligible for return and no credit will be given... If the Original Box, papers, documentation, individual pieces and ALL Packing Materials are not returned in New Condition
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom items such as Special Swipe Cards, Custom Printed Time Cards, Any Software, Any Software that requires software upgrade codes, used time cards or swipe badges, and Any Labor performed are Non-Refundable, no exceptions.
  • Shipping/Freight Charges are Non-Refundable. (no exceptions!!) It does not matter if you received the product damaged, or your reason for return is "it just did not work for me" or "its was the wrong color", etc...ALL Shipping Charges are yours (the customer's) responsibility and therefore Non-Refundable.
  • Discounts offered through package pricing or other discounts will be considered when credit is computed for returned items purchased that were part of a discount offer.
  • Returned goods will not be accepted without a valid R.M.A. (Return Material Authorization) Number issued by Carpenters' Time Systems / Time Clock us for the RMA# Request Form as we require this to be filled out by the customer for all product returns. Once we receive the RMA# Request Form completely filled out and signed and dated, we will issue the required RMA Number itself.
  • Shipment of Goods to our office will be refused and/or shipped back to to the sender, if there is no valid R.M.A. Number that has been issued.
  • Items must be shipped insured and freight prepaid to our address.
