The Ribbon cartridge (200 Cards per ribbon) is simple for anyone to load. Three separate LED indicators (green, yellow, red) provides easy to understand printer status. Printer ribbon synchronization is automatic. The easy to change ribbon cartridge includes a self cleaning rollerto thoroughly remove dust particles, before printing to minimize print quality issues. Every P310C Printer comes with a Pocket Guide reference for ribbon loading, cleaning instructions and error messages.
